HDP Vice Co-Chair responsible for Foreign Relations and Bingöl MP Hişyar Özsoy said that the letter written by Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtaş's to European Committee for the Prevention of Torture, CPT is missing, at a press conference in Parliament yesterday (February 15).

“Our Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtaş has sent a letter to the CPT, in a sealed envelope with express mail service. In his letter, he wrote about not only his own situation but also the situation of our MPs who imprisoned in Kandira and Silivri in detail. The letter conveyed to the prison administration on 15 December 2016 and did not reach its destination for exactly 2 months. We applied the national post and telegraph directorate of Turkey PTT, and the CPT has also searched mail companies in France for the letter. The letter is still missing. We will start legal proceedings in this regard” said Mr. Özsoy.
