I would like to express my deep sadness concerning the barbarous terror attack targeted your city. I commemorate victims of this attack with respect and pass my condolences to their families, to your people as well as all humanity. I also hope that victims injured during to the attack will get better soon.
As far as I can see from here, your city is recovering. I also share your sorrow and emphasize my belief in overcoming evilness of terror by clinging on shared values of humanity.
