In light of the greatest mass murder of the working class in Turkish history in Soma, Manisa, we motion for a censure of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan regarding the irresponsible handling of mine regulations and the search and rescue operations and the inadequate, oppressive and non-transparent policies of his government according to the 99th amendment of the constitution and the 106th amendment of the Turkish Parliament bylaws.

TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE TURKISH PARLIAMENT,
In light of the greatest mass murder of the working class in Turkish history in Soma, Manisa, where the death toll reached 301 and 486 mineworkers were rescued injured, we motion for a censure of Energy Minister Taner Yıldız regarding the irresponsible handling of mine privitizations and regulations and the search and rescue operations and the inadequate, oppressive and non-transparent policies of his government according to the 99th amendment of the constitution and the 106th amendment of the Turkish Parliament bylaws.
