Our Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtaş, come together with the ambassadors of 27 EU countries to Turkey at lunch hosted by Latvian Embassy in Ankara at 29th of January.
19 countries attended the lunch at ambassador level while 8 countries attended at vice ambassador level.
The meeting lasted more than two hours and was accompanied by our Mersin MP Ertuğrul Kürkçü. Headlines like Turkey’s EU candidateship process, democratization, elections, resolution process, regional developments with focusing on Syria and Kobanê, the rise of racism in Europe, Islamofobia and danger caused by radical organizations like ISIS have been talked.
