We congratulate liberation of Sinjar, where thousands of Ezidis were killed and hundreds martyred for its liberation. We value this victory as not only of Kurdish people of the four divisions, but of whole humanity’s.
Along with the victories of Kobani and Gire Spi in Rojava, common front’s victory in Sinjar relying on the Kurdistan peoples’ own power will be remembered as sources of pride for the communities of the region and the whole humanity.
We deem it extremely important to not appropriate this military victory to one party or specific persons, but to value the common struggle and solidarity of whole the Kurdish people and different identities and peoples of the region. In this occasion we would like to salute all the liberation fighters who fought shoulder to shoulder in Sinjar, and we stress our subservience to the martyrs of this struggle in the name of humanity.
