Our co-chair Figen Yüksekdağ's message to General Meeting of HDK Women Assembly being held today in Ankara:
To begin with, I would like to salute women's will and resistance. The thing what The Palace call as "New Turkey" is clear: A new dictatorship! But they should quench women's will and resistance first.They know this very well. We, women, will not let this happen. Woman means the power and establishment of New Life. And we create this power everywhere; at streets, factories, prisons, Assembly and we will keep on doing it.
We will not waive our womanly laugh and solidarity while we are resisting womanly.
Women will prevail!
